The role

What you'll do as an Ambassador

You're the lead contact for your geographic area — the local link between nursery owners and the Nursery Jackpot team.

1

Be the local link

You're the go-to person for the nurseries on your patch — the friendly, familiar contact between nursery owners and Nursery Jackpot HQ, keeping every setting supported and engaged.

2

Grow your patch

Introduce Nursery Jackpot to new settings in your area and get them signed up. It's free for nurseries to join and genuinely good for their families — so you're opening doors, not twisting arms.

3

Champion the parents

Help your signed-up settings spread the word to parents — posters up, letters out, launch moments and Pickup Parties that get families excited about playing for £15,000 off their fees.

Why you'll love it

A role that gives as much as it takes

💷

Get paid your way

A paid, sessional role — earn for the sessions you work and the nurseries you bring on board. We'll talk numbers when we chat.

🗓️

Flexibility built in

Sessions fit around school runs, another job, or family life. You choose the hours that work; your patch works around you.

💜

Do genuine good

Families win up to £15,000 off childcare, nurseries win £500 for their settings, and a quarter of proceeds goes to children's charities.

🎓

Backed all the way

Full training, a done-for-you toolkit of posters, letters and social tiles, plus direct support from the Nursery Jackpot team.

Ambassador questions

Things people ask us

Is this a paid role?

Yes. Ambassador is a paid, sessional role — you earn for the sessions you work, with more to earn as you bring new nurseries on board. We'll go through exactly how the pay works in your intro call.

How much time does it take?

It's flexible and sessional, designed to fit around family life or other work. You agree your availability with the team — there's no fixed weekly minimum.

Do I need experience in sales or childcare?

No. Full training and a complete toolkit are provided. Local knowledge, warmth and a bit of get-up-and-go matter far more than a CV.

What area would I cover?

You'd be the lead ambassador for your local region — typically the area you know well. Regions are agreed with the team, and each has just one lead ambassador.

What support will I get?

Training, ready-made resources (posters, parent letters, social tiles), and a direct line to Nursery Jackpot HQ. You're the local face, but you're never on your own.

What is Nursery Jackpot?

A monthly prize draw where parents play from £10 a month for the chance to win up to £15,000 off their childcare. It's free for nurseries to join, settings compete for a quarterly £500 prize, and 25% of proceeds goes to children's charities.
